OPEN POSITIONS
WINDOW TINTER
Responsibilities:
- Prep/clean vehicles for window tint. Includes possible washing and wiping down of windows.
- Plot and cut window film using in house computer system (training will be provided).
- Install window tint to company standards.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on tools and equipment.
- Complete daily task lists and vehicle checklists.
- May be responsible for maintaining an inventory of relevant supplies and films.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members.
- Provide excellent customer service in any client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Window tinting experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- This is a physically demanding position. Must be able to perform shift standing, bending, and moving. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Must have a current and valid PA driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Urban Werks is looking for a motivated and self-driven Client Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize customer service skills, creative problem solving, and organizational skills to achieve sales goals. You’ll also get to make meaningful connections with clients. Knowledge of the automotive industry is not required, but is highly encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Educates prospective and current clients about services and retail products.
- Maintains an organized, clean, and well-stocked show room, client lounge area, and retail product display.
- Manages weekly shop workload and flow by scheduling jobs using scheduling software.
- Appropriately and tactfully manages client expectations.
- Serves existing clients and wholesale accounts. Establishes new client and account relationships.
- Identifies prospective customers and manages lead generation and conversion.
- Maintains contact lists. Follows up with customers to support continued relationships.
- Completes check-in duties of customers and vehicles at drop-off. Checks out customers and vehicles at pick-up.
- Keeps management informed by regularly communicating client trends, weekly work plans, and client feedback.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical industry knowledge.
- Collaborates with colleagues in many different avenues.
- Attends in-house or local industry events as needed.
